Stacey and Tamsin are both qualified teachers who each have 5 years experience of teaching Early Years in local primary schools. It is their interest and enthusiasm for early years’ care and education that has inspired them both to create ‘The Willows’. The nursery has now been established for over 20 years and in that time The Willows has achieved an ‘Outstanding’ ofsted grade twice.

Our Staff Team
We employ a committed, caring, and enthusiastic staff team who are the key to our success. They are all totally focused on the wellbeing of the children in their care, and their loving approach to childcare is evident to anyone visiting our nursery.
All of our staff are in receipt of an enhanced DBS check and the safe guarding, of all children is of utmost importance within the nursery. All staff are therefore regularly trained in safeguarding and paediatric first aid.
We employ 2 chefs to prepare fresh healthy meals and snacks for the children every day. Other important members of our team are our caretakers, cleaners and housekeepers who ensure that the nursery premises are always kept to a high standard of cleanliness.
